The United States Government is now shutdown for the 36th day, the longest shutdown in U.S. history. Air Traffic Controllers are doing one of the most stressful jobs imaginable. LaGuardia is number "1" on the list for delays and cancellations. The head of the FAA (Federal Aviation administration) has stated that if the government shutdown doesn't end by the conclusion of this week, various air space around the country will have to shut down. Will they shutdown LGA airspace and divert all traffic to JFK and Newark ? We shall see. Join us Friday at 11am to find out.
